The sweepstakes is set to run August 5 - 31, 2012. Customers can enter at TabletHotels.com/FreePeople, and a winner will be selected on September 1st, 2012.

The August catalog features model Jessica Miller photographed by Guy Aroch, as she explores the landscape and celebrates its breathtaking beauty. The theme is pretty, wild, and utilitarian. Tribal prints and jewelry mimic the exotic setting, and tailored sportswear pieces keep the looks grounded in practicality for an outdoor adventure. Menswear-inspired items mix perfectly with pops of color and bohemian dresses while the styling focuses on layering to transition into fall. Scarves, outerwear, and lightweight sweaters keep things effortless and airy, but covered enough for cooler weather.

Bad Permanent Makeup Haunts Women Across America

Trick or Treat? This is the all too common question facing women wanting today's widespread popular solution of permanent makeup. Will they get the treat of a consistently natural-looking improved appearance which also saves them time and effort every day? Or will they wind up wearing scary looking results on their face which leave them feeling tricked, troubled, or maybe even traumatized?

"Women need to know bad permanent makeup isn't a Halloween thing," says expert artist Sally Hayes. "It's an everyday occurrence. I have women coming to me 52 weeks a year from all over the country hoping I can magically fix their tattooed eyebrows, eyeliner, or lips botched by an poorly skilled provider. Depending on the severity of cases, I can do it sometimes. But often I have to recommend women for a series of laser treatments or even plastic surgery in certain circumstances before I can do their procedures properly."

The permanent makeup industry is not regulated like many other industries. There ar women's coats e no uniform minimum requirements for training or standard testing of skills to pass. Certification in many cases is a credential which can simply be purchased with a credit card from an industry organization. Not all technicians are artists, and not all are qualified let alone being equal. Currently, the ultimate answer to the trick or treat question with permanent makeup today is the responsibility of the person seeking the service.

Hayes who has successfully performed tens of thousands of eyebrow tattoo, permanent eyeliner, and permanent lip makeup procedures since 1986, knows every woman can't come to her offices in Scottsdale-Phoenix, New York City, Los Angeles, or Las Vegas. So, she regularly counsels women across America who contact her for professional advice.

"Permanent makeup makes it easy for any woman to look more beautiful and more youthful, and to save time and effort with her appearance every day. But just because the benefits of cosmetic tattooing are proven doesn't mean the skills and experience of every person offering the service are also proven. Don't take the process lightly and blindly assume the artist in the shopping center nearest your home or job will do a good job or even knows how to do a good job.

I advise women to protect themselves by applying time and effort to become educated consumers before deciding to have any kind of cosmetic tattooing procedure. I highly recommend doing online research, seeking referrals from qualified, trusted people, asking any and all questions, going for in person consultations to observe the professionalism of the service provider and their work space, do whatever it takes to make the most informed decision possible."

Hayes is protective of the women like herself who want to look their best but without the neverending hassle of applying, re-applying, and removing makeup every day and night. She is also protective of the field she chose more than 25 years ago. "I admit getting bad permanent makeup can be a painful experience physically, emotionally, and financially. But applied properly by a true professional permanent makeup artist, it can give a woman the greatest value and benefits in the beauty industry which she will enjoy for years at a time."

About Sally Hayes Permanent Makeup

Sally Hayes is widely regarded as a leading expert in permanent cosmetics. She is often recommended and referred by the nation's top plastic surgeons. Since 1986, she has been relieving women from their daily makeup grind and enabling them to enjoy natural-looking enhancements to add beauty and youthfulness, as well as confidence and freedom. from their daily grind with makeup. With office locations in New York, NY, Phoenix-Scottsdale, AZ, Las Vegas, NV, and Los Angeles, CA, she specializes in undetectable permanent eyeliner, eyebrow tattoos, permanent lip makeup, and cosmetic camouflage for post-surgery facelift scars and areolas.

7 Lies Your Doctor May Be Telling You

Doctors lying to us? No way, but here is proof. They're lying to you. Your doctors, the drug companies, your HMO.

They're all perpetuating dangerous medical myths, and for all the wrong reasons. Sometimes it's to cut costs. Sometimes it's to sell more drugs. And sometimes it's just because they don't know any better. Think about it: Just because a doctor doesn't know he's wrong doesn't mean it can't kill you.

In fact, in the next 22 minutes, 100 people just like you across America will have died from the 7 most dangerous lies the mainstream medical establishment tells to patients every day. They aren't just 'little white lies,' either-they involve big-league killers like cancer, heart disease, stroke, diabetes, Alzheimer's, etc. You may have even already been told one or more of these lies yourself.

Number One, 'Chemo and radiation are your best hope.' I desperately hope you will never hear these words. We work night and day to make sure you'll have every weapon you need to stay cancer-free for the rest of your life. And even if you were to discover tomorrow morning that you already have cancer, you could still get well simply and naturally-without drugs, radiation, or chemotherapy. We've heard reports of success from our members all over the world. There are literally dozens of methods of knocking cancer out of your system...

The problem is that your doctor doesn't know about them. He's hopelessly stuck with the outdated cancer treatments he learned in medical school-many of which are now proven not to work. But only a small sliver of the medical community knows the real cures.

Number two, 'Your heart's a ticking time bomb' That's the famous 'time bomb' speech that has been used so successfully on thousands of people-few of whom actually needed any kind of operation. Some doctors aren't this aggressive. They give you a kinder, gentler version of the speech:

'You could go at any time if you're not careful. But we can manage your condition pretty easily with medication. I'm putting you on a daily dose of...'

Of course, 'managing' women's jackets your condition isn't even remotely like curing it. If you knuckle under to this advice, you'll be taking Lipitor, Mevacor, Zocor, Lescol, Crestor, Advicor, Coumadin, aspirin, or various prostaglandins for the rest of your life. But the speech doesn't mention that, does it?

Number three, 'It's just a normal part of aging' The best weapon for fighting this kind of medical incompetence is your coat: When you hear such nonsense, grab it and run. No one, of course, wants to live an extra 40 years in a wheelchair, wheezing and unable to add 2 + 2. But that's not what they're finding in experiments on animals. We're finding we can extend middle age, not old age. We're making it possible to keep playing golf and tennis, not to keep driving ourselves to the proctologist's office.

Number four, 'You have to start on insulin right away'. The diabetes epidemic has snuck up on us and become the sixth-leading cause of U.S. deaths: Over 200,000 in 2002. And it's only getting worse. Yes, a strict diet of veggies would keep you free from diabetes.

But you don't have to go to that extreme. Unknown to the public and most doctors, there are proven plant nutrients you can take in pill form that maintain blood sugar at levels close to the ideal-even if you sometimes fall off the sugar 'wagon.

Number five, 'Only a calcium channel blocker can control your high blood pressure. You're 135 over 95, which puts you in dangerous territory. But we can bring that right down with a calcium channel blocker.'

If you have even a little bit of hypertension, the U.S. government wants to put you on drugs for the rest of your life. Until last year, blood pressure of 130/90 was no great cause for alarm-just a notch above the ideal of 120/80. Now it sets off bells like a three-alarm fire.

Visit a conventional M.D. today, and he will want you to start taking a calcium channel blocker drug even if you're showing just 130/90. He won't mention anything about when you'll stop taking it. (People don't usually stop taking hypertension drugs because the doctor pronounces them cured; they stop because they're sick and tired of all the side effects.

Number six, 'Nothing can help your Alzheimer's, i'm sorry, but your CT scan shows early-stage Alzheimer's. We can slow your decline somewhat, but there is no cure. You should begin to arrange for your long-term care.'

If you or a friend begins to show any symptoms of Alzheimer's, head straight for an alternative-medicine physician. Do not even think about wasting your time on an establishment 'McDoctor.'

Alzheimer's is a serious condition, now nearing pandemic stages, and you cannot afford to waste time on conventional, white bread physicians who will tell you that you can't prevent it or stop it. It's true that Alzheimer's is a slow-growing disorder. The trouble is, by the time the victim (or his family) admits that it's not just ordinary forgetfulness, it's usually late in the game. So if it's Alzheimer's, you don't have a moment to spare. You must pounce on it promptly

And number seven, 'Everybody gets arthritis. It happens to the best of us. Why, I even have a touch of arthritis myself. There's no cure, but we still have a few pain drugs that haven't been pulled off the shelves.' It has long been the 'impossible dream' of researchers: a harmless natural extract powerful enough to really erase the pain and swelling of lifelong, crippling arthritis.

For 20 years, alternative medicine research teams in Japan, France, and Australia sweated and struggled to find an answer for arthritis that wouldn't cause more problems than it solved. Finally, they've found it in a remote spot that big-name drug firms never thought to look-on the shoreline of faraway New Zealand.

The Maori natives there are fond of gourmet dishes made from the green-lipped mussel. They credit this mussel with their legendary ability to jog, scamper up rocks, and do teenage-type moves well into their 80s and 90s. They feel sorry for us old folks who can't even climb a tree!

Check out as many options as you can. God bless medical doctors but they are not infallible.

Selecting Decorations for Christmas

Green is the background and foundation of the indoor Christmas, but the background may be bright women's coats ened with all the colors of the rainbow. We may use many materials to accent decorations, but they should be selected with a sense of fitness. A colored candle may be suitable where a bright patch of fabric would be out of place.

Instinctively we turn to nature for color to enliven our displays. Nature is generous in supplying it. There is brilliance in fruits and berries, more subtle tones in cones and seed pods. All these are fruits, in fact, with different seasons. Only at Christmas time are they in season at the same time, if used ingeniously and artistically to beautify our homes.

Fruits present the problem of keeping them fresh and firm while they serve their purpose on a wreath or as a decorative accent. If sound fruit is handled carefully and thoroughly coated with shellac, it should last through the holidays in average temperatures. In extreme cold most fruits turn brown. At room temperature the fruit ripens, but may still keep quite well. As fruit matures and mellows its color usually changes, but forethought in its arrangement will allow for this alteration. For example, limes turn yellow as they ripen, while lemons, kumquats and lady apples turn brown. Cranberries shrivel, but stay red.

One fruit not very suitable for our purpose is the pear. Pears have a lot of flesh which ripens to softness. They are of awkward shape and difficult to work into a wreath; if desired, they are better for garlands or sprays.

The lady apple (Malus) a red fruit for decoration as well as the table appears during the winter months. It should not be confused with the love apple (Solanum integrifolium) which is orange and inedible.

Grapes are suitable and offer varied rich colors. Artificial grapes will be easier to handle than fresh fruit. A coat of shellac makes them appear more natural.

With one notable exception, all berries may be coated with shellac to preserve them and heighten their colors. Shellac will spoil the dull gray surface of the beautiful bayberry. Nandina berries, if you can obtain some from the South, are true Christmas red and keep well. They do not shrivel or drop when dry. Deciduous holly or winter-berry (Ilex verticillata) with berries similar to those of the common holly is probably the best that can be bought.

The fruit of the American holly (Ilex opaca) is a dull red in comparison to the shining scarlet of the English (Ilex Aquifolium). When these two are used, more fruit can be displayed by trimming out the leaves around them.

Fruits of the common barberry (Berberis thunbergi) are excellent in color and withstand hard freezing. The barberry's thorniness makes it hard to handle, but beautiful effects can be created with its bright little berries.

In my opinion the Chinese tallow berry (Sapium sebi-ferum) is the best of the white berries; it dries hard, does not shake off, handles easily and lasts indefinitely. Cotoneasters in variety may be had in some sections of the country. The fruits are a good red, some produced in showy clusters, others singly along the stem.

Small gourds ripening in many shapes and colors offer dramatic decorative effects. More delicate possibilities may be discovered in silvered and gilded pods of milkweed. The pods have a lovely sheen inside, which is a joy to those who seek subtle effects in their arrangements.

The fruit of most evergreens is the cone. Those unfamiliar with cones may not realize their value in creating distinctive decorations, but the subject is well worth a little study. They differ greatly in size, color and form. They may be produced in clusters, as on some of the spruces, or singly, as on the pines. The cone of the common hemlock is tiny, about half an inch long, but cones twenty inches long appear on Pinus Lambertiana.

Cones can be gathered in the forests at any time of year and it is an interesting hobby to collect them. The Christmas decorator will do so with a special purpose. This will make their varied shapes, sizes and colors of absorbing interest.

Puppy Training Is Easy If You Follow The Basics

The golden retriever is truly one of the most beautiful dogs on the planet.

They have a beautiful coat, an amazing face, a strong, sleek, and muscular body, a fantastic personality, a tail that never stops waging, and they are a joy to watch at work, when flushing a pheasant, swimming in the water, or chasing a Frisbee.

The golden retriever was originally bred as a hunting dog in Scotland, around 1908, but is now very popular as a house pet, a therapy dog in convalescent homes and children's hospitals, and is used by law enforcement for drug detection.

Although they do not make very good guard dogs, they will bark loudly if a stranger approaches.

If you have children the golden retriever can be the perfect pet. Because of their natural nurturing instincts, and very gentle nature they make the perfect companion.

In 1974 President Gerald Ford made the First Family dog a golden retriever named Liberty.

If you are considering getting a golden retriever puppy, you need to find a reputable breeder that specializes in breeding them.

There are plenty of pet shops and back yard breeders that are selling goldens, that may have serious breed problems ranging from aggression, to hip and eye problems, and a host of other problems that may not be noticeable at the puppy stage.

A reputable breeder will check the blood lines of the parents carefully to make sure they do not have a history of these problems, before breeding.

This will be your best chance at having a trouble free pet. Training your golden retriever is not as hard as you may think. These are very intelligent dogs, and eager to learn. They want to please you, and hate to be scowled.

The first thing to remember is that puppies will be puppies, so don't expect too much too soon. You can start to bathroom train right away, but if there is anything around you care about within the puppies grasp like shoes, or your favorite slippers, I would put them away, because your puppy's going to chew them if he gets them.

Give your puppy something of his own to chew. They are teething, and want to naturally chew things because their gums hurt. Make it clear early on that he or she is to chew what you gave them, and nothing else.

If you expect your golden to respond to your commands, then you want to avoid confusing him. It's easy to forget that they do not understand the English language.

They respond to certain sounds, or words, based on your body language, and tone of voice. The trick to making the training as simple as possible is to use a few basic words and stick with them.

If you want your golden to get out of the trash, and you say "no" one time, and "stop" the next time, and then "hey" the next time, they never really get what you are telling them.

The six words that I have found over the years that work best are "NO" "SIT" "DOWN" "COME" "HEEL" and "STAY". I find they work best if said without the dogs name. These are discipline words, and are better left by themselves.

It's important that you show your golden retriever that you are the boss. You must establish that you are the leader to be successful with his training.

If you give one of your commands, and he does not comply, reinforce the command with a little different tone of voice until he complies.

If that still doesn't work, don't just walk away. That will send a bad message. Stick with it until you get the desired results. It will happen.

Never yell at your pet or hit them, or raise your hand in a gesture to do so. You also never want to use anything like a rolled up newspaper, or a belt, or any object of this type to discipline them.

This will only scare and confuse them, and loose their trust, which will make it much harder to achieve the results you are looking for.

If you use the word "No" Firmly, to stop him from what he is doing, or gently show him you want him to "Sit" or lay "Down", or use the word "Come" when you want him to come to you, or say "Out" when it is time for her to go outside - I think you will be very surprised at how fast he or she learns.

Whatever words work for you are fine, as long as you keep them simple, and stay with the same words all the time I think you will get surprising results.

And don't forget the most important word of all, GOOD. Using that word combined with boy or girl, or the dog's name such as "Good Sammy", can work wonders.

They learn to like that real fast. Saying Good Boy, or Good Girl, or What a Good Girl, with the right tone in your voice, combined with a pat on the head, a biscuit, or a rubbing of their belly, will practically send a golden retriever into orbit.

How To Pack For A Luxury World Cruise

With the popularity of luxury world cruises growing, there are more and more people asking for advice once they have decided that a world cruise is the vacation of their dreams. Keeping in mind that most world cruises last between 100 and 250 days, there are a lot of things to think about. One of the most often asked question is, ?€?What should we pack??€?Here are a few helpful suggestions, and though some may seem obvious, it is important to have a running list so that you don?€?t get confused about what you have or have not packed. After all, you will be gone the greater part of a year, so be prepared! For more information on luxury world cruises check out http://www.amtcruises.com.

Clothing

Travelers interested in a luxury world cruise should not pack a new outfit for each day. You will be doing a lot of walking, so bring at least 20 pairs of socks. You should also bring about five pairs of shoes, three which are comfortable and made for walking. Chances are your boat will have a swimming pool, so make sure you include your swimsuit. A windbreaker and a coat are a must, so that no matter how mild or cold the weather is, you are prepared. You should also be prepared for formal nights, and bring about three formal outfits.

Electronics

You may not think of bringing electronics on your luxury world cruise, but there are some items that you may need in order to continue the lifestyle you are used to at home. First and foremost, bring a power strip and/or outlet converter. Check to make sure your ship is equipped with USA outlets, and if not bring the appropriate converters. Chances are there will only be one or two outlets in your cabin, and this will help you tremendously. Of course, bring your camera. If you are using a film camera, be sure to bring lots and lots of extra film. If you are using digital, you should bring an extra memory card and a charging cable. You may also want to bring a laptop so that you can download your pictures instantly. A laptop will also help you keep in touch with family and privately access the internet in your cabin. You might also pack an alarm clock to ensure that you don?€?t miss any early morning activities. Paper Work

There are certain important documents you will want to bring on your luxury world cruise. The first and most often forgotten is your passport. Although it is true that most cruise ships will not require you to bring your passport, when going on a world cruise you should definitely bring one. Chances are you will be visiting upwards of twenty countries, and should something happen to prevent you from reembarking the ship, that passport is the only item that stands between you and being stranded. You should keep several copies of your passport and ID. You should have one extra copy in a completely random place on your body every time you leave the ship (such as your shoe), one in your cabin safe, one in your luggage and one checked with the ship?€?s purser. It is also a good idea to bring your insurance card, and a prescription card if you have one. There will be an onboard doctor, but to avoid any extremely expensive charges made because of health care, present your card when you are treated. It is a good idea to keep several copies of these as well.

Packing the right clothing, electronics and paperwork can be vital to the success of your luxury world cruise. Arriving prepared will give you peace of mind. Packing right will also save you money in the long run, so that you do not have to purchase overpriced items at the onboard boutique or abroad, unless you want to.

A luxury world cruise is the adventure of a lifetime, and now that you know what to pack, you can look forward to embarking on an adventure full of excitement and empty of worry.

Ten Ways to Reduce Your Motoring Costs

As the credit crunch takes hold and we are all finding less money in our pockets it's a good time to look for ways to save money. From checking your car tyres to finding the cheapest parking spots, motoring costs can be reduced in numerous ways. Here are ten suggestions to follow:

1. Don't use your car for short trips
An obvious point to start with but probably the simplest way to save money. Even if it's a chilly morning, put a thick coat on and walk to the newsagents at the end of your road. A cold car engine uses far more fuel travelling short distances than it does on a long journey.

2. Research before buying car insurance
Rather than just renewing your old policy shop around to see what money you can save. Price comparison websites make this very easy to do and you will be amazed how much the quotes can vary.

3. Drive with care
Sudden acceleration and sharp braking will increase fuel consumption. The wear to your car tyres will also be increased, hastening the time when they need to be replaced.

4. Switch off the air conditioning
Use air conditioning only when really necessary. It can increase fuel consumption by 11%.

5. Use higher gears
Fuel economy can be improved by up to 20% if you are driving in fifth rather than third. Be careful not to accelerate too quickly into fifth as this will ruin all the benefit of driving in this gear.

6. Close windows and remove roof rack
If you are reading this article in winter, keeping your windows closed will not be an issue. But you may have left a roof rack on after a weekend away. This needs to be removed. Open windows and items such as roof racks adversely affect the aerodynamics of a car, increasing fuel consumption.

7. Plan journey before setting out
Extra journey miles, increased fuel consumption and driver frustration are all a result of not knowing the best route to your destination before setting out on a journey.

If you are planning a long trip try to use the motorways; there will be less stopping and starting which will improve the car's fuel economy and reduce wear on your car tyres.

Always plan the shortest route. It may not be the most scenic but it will be the most cost effective.

8. Keep to the speed limit
It has been proven that driving at the speed limit significantly reduces fuel consumption, especially on the motorways. The difference between 70mph and 80mph is considerable. In some cars it can be up to 5 miles per gallon.

9. Car sharing
Consider sharing a car on your commute to work or if travelling to an out of town retail park. Not only will this reduce your motoring costs, it's also a l women's jackets online ot more fun having someone to chat to.

10. Check car tyre pressures
By spending an extra 5 minutes at the petrol station checking your car tyres are inflated to the manufacturer's recommended pressure, fuel economy can be improved by 10%.

Soft car tyres increase the rolling resistance on the road, making the car engine work harder and using more fuel. If one car tyre is a different pressure to the rest then there is an imbalance which will also increase fuel consumption.

By maintaining correct car tyre pressures money can be save in other ways including:

a) Increasing the life of the car tyres; under-inflated tyres wear out faster.
b) Improving a car's performance, especially braking and road handling.
c) Avoiding a fine of up to 2,500 if you are caught with unroadworthy car tyres.

Sprucing Up Your Model Plane

Once you have designed your model plane following it up with putting all the fabricated/molded pieces together by gluing and fixing to give it a constructed shape, you need to spruce it up to give it an eye catching appearance. The fact, however, is that you need to be careful right from the beginning to if you want the final result to be of high standards. For example, when you start making balsa wood or plywood parts for your plane, all part surfaces need to be sanded flat and smooth. When sanding a built-up or sheet balsa wood component like a tail, it is important to ensure that the same amount of material is removed from each side for a truly flat surface and flush joints.

The trick for achieving this is to use lots of sandpaper of the correct grade. Sanding paper is available in many grades and it is advisable to buy it in boxes to economize. However, this would depend on your requirements. Many people use wet and dry paper, which is not right for wood and is meant only for non-porous materials like metal and paint etc. However, this type of paper available in very fine grit is excellent for sanding blocks of soft balsa or the wing tips of your model plane as it removes very little material and leaves an extremely fine and smooth surface. Before you begin sanding go over the surface of your model and remove any blobs of glue you find. Carefully cut them off with an X-Acto knife. Then, vacuum the structure to remove any loose particles to prevent gouges in the wood as they get trapped between the sanding block and the sanding surface. The sanding block should also be examined before use, to ensure that there is nothing sticking to the bottom that may cause gouges.

You should take on sanding on sunny days, which will let you examine the surface for the sanding perfection. The sanded surface is the base for the quality of appeal your model plane will acquire when you complete applying the final finish. Air brushing is the best way to apply the final finish. Painting requires skill and you should spend some time practicing with cheap paints before attempting to paint your model plane. Painting is time taking and labor intensive. If you want your model to look great, you must be prepared to put in what is required.

The most popular paints that are used these days for model planes include polyurethanes and enamels. These paint types provide better coverage and have less shrinkage to provide an attractive, economical and durable painted surface by application of lesser number of coats. However, the downside is that they take much too long to dry and are not always f women's coats uel proof. On the other hand, automotive urethane is of very high quality and also provides excellent coverage, very quick drying time, is fuel proof but is extremely toxic. At the same time it is also very expensive. And if you need a custom color mixed, most companies will mix a minimum of one quart, whereas all you may need may be half a pint. So the result will surely be a lot of wasted paint if you have no other use for it. Finally apply a final coat of clear gloss and fix the decals. Now your model is ready to attract envious stares!

Prepare Your Rooms for Interior House Painting

Being a homeowner is a huge responsibility as the house that you live in is not only the foundation where your nearest and dearest are, but it is your biggest asset in terms of your financial outlook. Many homeowners view this responsibility from both the investment and the family perspectives and as a result, are continually making improvements to their home. Consistent renovations to your home are a way of making your home a happier and more pleasant place to live, as well as to increase the value of your investment should you ever decide to sell your house.

The easiest and least expensive way of increasing both intrinsic and extrinsic value to your home is through interior painting. House painting is a very common means of home renovation that can give your room or set of rooms an instant facelift and is very easy to do on your own. If you decide to add house painting to your list of things to do this year, here are a few tips you should keep in mind before you get that first roller wet.

Painting your home's interiors requires a great deal of preparation and calculation. After you have selected the themes and colors for the room or rooms you are painting, you will need to ensure your rooms are adequately prepared before you begin painting. Even the cleanest rooms and walls will need the surfaces to be prepared before you begin the painting stage.

You first want to take off all of the switch plates from the walls and conduct a thorough dusting of your room. Use a feather duster or broom women's coats online to sweep out every corner from ceiling to floor and then vacuum the room thoroughly.

Look for any holes or cracks in the wall surfaces and patch them up with spackling paste or wall plaster. Once you have patched any holes, you will then need to sand over the patching or spackling to ensure the patch you have created is flush with the wall. This will ensure a flat even coat of paint on your wall.

Once you have done this, you will have to dust and vacuum again as sanding will create a large amount of dust. Ensure you dust and vacuum not only your floors, but the walls as well. Sanding will leave dust particles that may not be visible to the naked eye, and your paint will find those dust particles if you don't leaving unsightly bumps on your walls.

Your next step before you begin interior house painting will be to wash your walls thoroughly. You can use a mop to reach the corners and higher areas, but you need to wash and rinse your walls of any cleaning residue. Once your walls have dried from the washing, you are ready to begin your interior house painting. Use painters tape to mark off door ways, baseboards, and ceilings so that your paint applications are smooth and even.

If you follow these steps you will find your interior house painting experience to be one that is not only simple, but rewarding. The preparation in interior house painting is often a more arduous task than the actual painting itself. However if you prepare your walls and your rooms properly, you will find the hard work will pay off in beautiful interiors for your home.

Top Ideas for Great Home Staging

Home staging can seem daunting and tricky, and there are many people who want to give their home a fresh look without necessarily buying an entire house full of new furniture. There are actually many things that you can do to transform the look and feel of your house without replacing everything that you currently own, and with a few of these following tips you can be well on your way to successful home staging.

The first place you will want to take a look at for home staging is your entryway. First impressions with homes are just like first impressions with people: you never get a second chance. When people walk in the entryway they get the very first glance into your home and from there can make a first impression that will stick with them for a long time, whether it is a good one or a bad one. What people first see really says a lot about a home, and the homes owner. You can paint your front door a bold, welcoming color, use bright lighting at the entryway so that guests can see where they are going and where to hang their hat and coat. Beautiful plants on the landing often are elegant and welcoming as well. The key to good home staging at your entryway is that you want guests to be welcomed right away.

Forever and ever, the trend with decorating in the living room has been sofas and couches that are set right up against the walls. The recent trends in home staging, however, call this one of the most common design mistakes that people make. Repositioning couches and chairs into groups for conversation while still allowing traffic to flow through the room is essential. Keeping your furniture pushed up against the walls actually can make rooms appear smaller and less conversational friendly.

Some experts suggest that home staging in your living room or family room means keeping the edges and walls clear of furniture. Imagining the letter H or the number 8 with your furniture placement is a good way to group furniture in an inviting way while still maintaining clear paths and walkways. This will also open up the room and make it appear larger as well. As far as accent tables and rugs go, try putting some area rugs on the floor at an angle for appealing home staging. Then you can try to move the furniture at an angle to match them if you want to. The same can be done with small end tables, buffets, and even coffee tables sometimes.

One o fashion coats f the most important parts of successful home staging is to have the right lighting in your home. Many homes are improperly lit, with not enough light being shed on the walls and in the rooms. There is either not enough lighting, too much lighting, or there is enough lighting but it may be in all the wrong places! When guests walk into your home, you do not want them to notice improper lighting. In fact, your lighting is probably perfect when guests actually dont really notice the lighting at all. You want them to focus on your furnishings and your accents instead, and if everything is done just right, your home staging and lighting will be perfect.

Women's Golf Apparel Evolution

In the late 70's and the early 80's women's golf apparel seemed to be boring. It was all about covering skin and lady professional golfers wore long baggy pants, long sleeves and seemed to cover up their arms and legs. It was nothing worth remembering and perhaps there was little emphasis on fashion for women's golf apparel.

Thanks to the new sports super brands like Adidas and Nike, today women's golf apparel is not just sexy, it is downright functional. Though we will not see professional golfers immodestly dressed in sports bras and tights, their apparel these days show the contour of the women. They are also made of fabric that is scientifically researched to dissipate sweat and making the apparel lighter and even aerodynamic as well.

I think that because there are more lady golfers these days than there was twenty years ago, and that a lot of professional lady golfers are from different parts of the world, women's golf apparel have begun to look trendier. There are vibrant colors, elegant combinations and blends, some of which are fitted to the player who endorses the brand. We have to thank the likes of Annika Soremsten, Lorena Ochoa, Michelle Wie, and Grace Park who have contributed to the appeal of women's professional golf. They have in their own ways made golf hip and cool. Some golfers like Annika and Lorena have become endorsers for Rolex, raising the stature of ladies golf to almost a legendary status.

No doubt, the role of television has been beneficial to women's golf apparel as extended television coverage of golf tournaments enabled endorsers to lengthily show their apparel to a bigger audience. Technology advancements in golf women's jackets clubs especially drivers have made lady golfers almost as powerful as the men and in comparison, the changes of women's golf apparel has been more noticeable than that of men's golf apparel, which seem to be stuck in their own traditions and ways.

These days, with the Internet, people who wish to dress like Michelle or Grace can easily find their apparel online. There are specific websites dedicated to just to women's golf apparel. These websites even offer wholesale prices on so many items and have on stock hard to find yet fashionable branded ladies golf apparel from the likes of Ralph Lauren and other designers. With the big fashion names coming into the women's golf apparel business, there is no way but up for the consumers when it comes to choices for their golf dates.

History about types of Chihuahua Dogs

Shorthaired companions may need a little extra warmth, sometimes burrowing under covers to maintain their body heat while asleep. It is believed that Chihuahuas may be the oldest breed of dog to exist in the American continents. This little powerhouse has a huge heart so don't be fooled by its tiny size! The ones with deer heads have an elongated nose similar to Doberman Pinschers.

Enhancing Your Beauty Through Makeup

Beauty is one of the most sought after things by women in America. This beauty is sought through a number of different courses.

Some of these courses are odd, but some are quite popular. Two of the main methods thorough which beauty is sought after are plastic surgery and the application of makeup.

The plastic surgery route is taken by many of the popular celebrities and those who can afford it as it is very expensive. However, even though it is expensive it is not always the best option.

This method is appealing because it is permanent. However, this is also its bane.

If the plastic surgery does not turn out in a manner that you like the first time, you will be stuck with it. Unless you are wealthy enough to afford a second operation.

Due to the expense and the risk of plastic surgery most women choose the application of makeup routine. This method is neither as expensive nor permanent and is a much better option for most women.

However, in order for make up to enhance the beauty of a woman it must be applied correctly. One of the most difficult elements in which to apply make up properly is in relation to the eyes.

There are several things you should make sure that you do before you apply mascara. One of these things is curling your lashes.

By curling your lashes, you will open your eyes. This will help frame your eyes as they are one of the most defining features of a face.

It is said that the eyes are a window to the soul. In addition, whether or not the eyes are bright and cheerful is a major part of whether a person is considered to be beautiful or not.

The brightness and cheerfulness of a set of eyes can be enhanced through the application of eye makeup if done properly. Curling your lashes will help create a frame on your eyes that will bring them out.

This is something that many women need, particularly if the lashes are short. Make sure that you follow the proper instructions when curling your eye lashes.

Then, you will be ready to apply mascara. This will usually take two coats.

Start by putting your finger in the middle of your eye lid or eyebrow. Then, pull up so that your eye lid will be tight and stiff.

Dip the mascara wand in the mascara and then position horizontally in front of your eyelid. Then, apply the wand to your eye lashes from the roots to the ends.

At first you will want to apply only to the lash tips. As you move the wand, be sure to roll it slightly so that the mascara is applied evenly.

Many women prefer a volumizing mascara as this provides a better frame to their eyes. In addition, this kind of mascara has many moisturizers that will promote the health of your eye lashes.

Make sure you allow the first coating of mascara to dry thoroughly before you apply the second coating. If you hurry too much, you will smudge the mascara and then you will have to wash everything off and start over.

In addition, you will want to make sure the first coating is smooth and acceptable before you apply the second coat as the second coat will only exaggerate any errors that may have been present the first time.

Make sure that you do not blink when you are waiting for the lashes to dry. Sometimes blinking will allow the wet mascara to make little ma fashion jackets online rks on your skin.

If the mascara is still not thick enough after two coats, you may want to apply it to the top of the lashes as well. However, over applied mascara is one of the most common mistakes that women make when it comes to mascara.

You do want the mascara to create a frame for your eyes. You do not want the mascara to overwhelm them though.

When the mascara has dried sufficiently, brush through it with a lash brush. This will break up any clumps and leave the lashes looking darker, but natural.

The key with apply make up properly is that it enhances your look while still looking natural. If it looks too fake then it will diminish your natural beauty.

However, if you properly apply makeup you will be able to enhance your beauty. Make sure that you do research on how to properly apply makeup before you try to apply it yourself.

The Physical Description Of The Cat

Conformation: Muscle and bone are what designs the conformation. The 244 bones in the feline skeleton lend support and substance to a cat's body while protecting its internal organs. In some breeds bone is sturdy as an oak; in others it is very delicate. In every breed bone is decorated in wreaths of muscle. By conducting an electrical impulse, and then through a series of chemical transformations, converting that impulse into contractions, muscle produces movement and, ultimately, the gracefulness that characterizes the cat.

Ears: A cat's ears are decorative as well as functional. They make statements in addition to receiving them. There is no mistaking the message intended by a cat when its ears are pinned back. The upper limit of a cat's hearing is higher than a dog's and almost two octaves higher than ours. From a distance of three feet, cats can discriminate between sources of sound that are as little as three inches apart.

Eyes: Round, almond shaped, or in between, the cat's eye reflects a mysterious luster. Cats are the most efficient gleaners of light. Their pupils can dilate to a soulful, half inch width or narrow to the most inscrutable slit. Cats cannot see in absolute darkness, nor are they absolutely color blind, though they can see red only in the emotional sense. They are, in addition, somewhat farsighted. Their depth of field is in sharpest focus between seven and twenty feet.

Size: The difference between the largest breed of cat, the Ragdoll, and the smallest, the Singapura, is a little more than a dozen pounds and less than one square foot at the extreme; while the difference between the longest and the shortest facial profiles is about two inches. Most other breeds fall into the one-size-fits-all category. Yet within these limits, more than forty breeds have been defined.

Length of coat: There are twenty-seven shorthaired breeds and seventeen longhaired ones. Seven pair of breeds are separated by the gene for coat length: Abyssinian/ Somali, Colorpoint Shorthair/Javanese, Exotic Shorthair/Persian, Manx/Cymric, Oriental Shorthair/ Oriental Longhair, Scottish Fold/Scottish Fold Longhair, Siamese/Balinese. Coat length also relegates cats into shorthair or longhair specialty rings at shows, except in the Cat Fanciers' Association, where specialty rings are d women's jackets online etermined by facial type and body conformation.

Type of coat: Hair grows from tiny pits in the skin called follicles. Primary or guard hairs, the longest ones in a cat's coat, grow from individual follicles. Secondary hairs, usually classified as awn hairs (bristly tipped and medium in length) or down hairs (fine, crinkled, and short in length) grow in groups from single openings. Grooming needs are determined not so much by coat length as by coat type. Breeds with thick undercoats (awn and down hairs) are more likely to mat, hence require more attention than breeds with less profuse undercoats.

Tail: Cats' tails range from long, thin, and whip-like to short, thick, and plume-like. The Siamese' tail ends somewhere over the rainbow, while the Manx' tail stops before it begins. The Japanese Bobtail's tail is curled, corkscrewed, and looks like a pom-pom. Cats use their tails as balancing poles and to keep their noses warm when they sleep.
